Refund Policy

Genvid Labs sells professional services, not physical products. Our engagements are delivered by a team whose time is reserved for you in advance, which is what these terms reflect.

1. Initial payment

Every engagement begins with an initial payment of 30% of the agreed fee. This payment reserves your slot and covers onboarding, strategy and pre-production. Once work has started, the 30% initial payment is non-refundable.

If you cancel before any work has started, the initial payment is refunded in full.

2. Remaining balance

Amounts paid beyond the initial payment cover work that is in progress or already delivered. Where work for a billing period has not yet been started, we will discuss a fair adjustment or credit with you directly.

3. Cancelling an engagement

Either side can end an ongoing engagement by giving written notice by email. Work already delivered or in production at the point of notice remains payable.

4. Revisions instead of refunds

If you are unhappy with a deliverable, tell us. Revisions under the terms of your agreement are the first route to putting things right, and in most cases resolve the issue faster than a refund would.

5. How to request a refund

Email genvidlabs@gmail.com with your name, the engagement in question and the reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days, and approved refunds are returned by the original payment method.

6. Individual agreements take precedence

Where the signed agreement for your engagement sets out different terms, that agreement applies over this page.
